Rudina Odeh-Ramadan Biography
Rudina Odeh-Ramadan, PharmD. Dr. Odeh-Ramadan is currently the Associate Vice President of Research Administration at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and the Interim Director of the Columbia University Research Pharmacy. Prior to this position Rudi held the position as Director of Clinical Transplant Research for the Transplant Initiative at Columbia University. She has dedicated her career to the pharmacological management of the solid organ transplant recipient with a primary emphasis on the pre and post liver transplant patient. Dr. Odeh-Ramadan’s expertise includes immunosuppression management, pharmacokinetic monitoring, clinical research development and medication error reduction. Dr. Odeh-Ramadan has also served as a Primary Reviewer on the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for over 7 years. In her previous role as the Director of Clinical Transplant Research, Rudi was responsible for the oversight and management of over 40 industry sponsored, investigator initiated and NIH sponsored trials. Dr. Odeh-Ramadan has served as PI or Co-I on multiple clinical trials and has had extensive involvement on several additional trials including the NIDDK sponsored Adult Living Donor Liver Transplantation Cohort Study (A2ALL).
